Condado: Catering Sales Lead - CLEVELAND MARKET


Compensation: $65K plus 2% commission on direct entry sales

What You’ll Do: 

As a Condado Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive top-line Catering revenues through direct sales efforts. The job centers around developing new sales strategies and ideas, focusing on brand awareness and developing relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Condado Tacos is looking for Catering Sales Leads who are expressive, knowledgeable, and hospitality driven. Our sales leads hold themselves to a higher level of engagement, with their teams, operations, and our guests. Job Responsibilities:

  • Takes initiative on new ideas and projects to help build revenue 
  • Actively prospect and develop new catering business through phone calls, email, networking, referrals, community partnerships, and in-person outreach
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned market, including corporate, schools, healthcare, sports, nonprofit, social, and community organizations
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective and repeat catering customers
  • Driven to get things done in a timely manner 
  • Work in a fast-paced environment controlling multiple projects simultaneously, while still maintaining a high level of professionalism 
  • Be able to make strategic decisions based on the companies needs 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple store locations 
  • Contribute ideas for the marketing plan and budget for the Catering Department, ensuring all expenses are controlled within the budget, and all projects are completed on time 
  • Stay up to date on current trends in the industry and market 
  • Assist with managing service recovery and guest service comments on reviews 
  • Deliver superior customer service and quality every day according to Condado standards 
  • Stay current with any catering training, tracking, or reporting, as required by the Director of Catering 
  • Maintain a close working relationship with other associates and department leads to ensure that communication lines stay open to best serve our guests 
  • Coordinating detailed event/orders information and relaying proper communication with store locations and Catering Team
  • Schedule and assist store locations within the region accordingly on heavy catering volume time periods
  • Prepared to complete catering delivery, setups, work off site events
  • Quality checks of product and packaging at each location and communicate with GM on any standard issues
