Controller - Strategic Financial Leader in Manufacturing

Bring your expertise to a pivotal role where your financial acumen drives manufacturing success and operational excellence. As a Controller, you will oversee comprehensive financial activities, providing insightful analysis and strategic guidance that directly impacts profitability, cost management, and business growth. This full-time position offers the opportunity to partner with executive leadership, shape financial strategies, and lead a dedicated finance team within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Salary: $120K - negotiable
Location: Massillon, OH - onsite

What You Bring:

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a controller with hands-on P&L management
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA certification is highly favored

Additional Attributes That Enhance Your Profile:
