Amazon is looking for a Finance Manager to play a key role on our Alexa Finance team. Over the past decade Amazon has developed a number of market-leading, innovative, and fast-growing digital businesses including Kindle, Kindle Fire Tablets, Fire TV and Echo. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial minded candidate who wants to join one of the most innovative businesses at Amazon and one of the fastest growing segments within Alexa.
As a Finance Manager, you will work directly with business leaders to support resource management and controllership functions, identify opportunities, and develop business cases

The successful candidate will have shown experience in past roles influencing business owners and supporting decision making in rapidly evolving environments. The role requires a self-starter with the ability to be strategic, analytical, and have a demonstrated ability to effectively manage the financial responsibilities of a complex business. It requires strong business modeling skills, a keen attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


The candidate must have the aptitude to incorporate new approaches and methodologies (including statistical concepts) while dealing with big data. This role also has regular interaction with executives and various business units across Amazon and therefore requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.
