About the Assistant Controller Role

Our client, a global manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to support plant-level financial reporting, compliance, and operational performance. This role partners closely with the Controller and plays a key part in month-end close, financial planning, and maintaining a strong internal control environment.

Key Responsibilities for Assistant Controller
  • Lead the monthly general ledger close and reconciliation process
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, forecasts, and performance reports
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
