Controller

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee the financial operations of our client’s organization. The ideal candidate will manage accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support strategic decision-making to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management goals
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors and tax advisors
- Lead and mentor accounting staff to promote professional development and efficiency
- Implement and improve financial systems and processes to enhance accuracy and productivity

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a Controller or senior accounting role
