If your experience is limited to basic installs, wiring, or assisting on jobs, this role will not be a fit.
About the Role
Titan Technology installs and services high-end, fully integrated smart home systems. Our projects include large custom homes with advanced audio/video, lighting control, shading, networking, and surveillance systems.
We are looking for a self-sufficient technician who can take a system from rack build → programming → commissioning → client handoff.
This is a lead-level role, not a helper position.
What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Building, wiring, and finishing clean, serviceable equipment racks
  • System bring-up, testing, and final commissioning
  • Advanced troubleshooting of integrated AV and control systems
  • Configuring networks, Wi-Fi systems, and remote access
  • Calibrating audio and video systems for performance
  • Installing TVs, projectors, lifts, and specialty mounting solutions
  • Leading or working alongside team members on-site
  • Delivering a polished, professional client experience
  • Completing clean documentation and system notes

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
  • 3+ years in home automation / AV integration
  • Proven experience programming at least one of the following:
    • Savant
    • Crestron Home
    • Control4
  • Experience completing full home systems, not just partial installs
  • Rack buildout, wire management, and system commissioning experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across AV, control, and networking

This Role Is NOT For
  • Entry-level technicians
  • Cable/satellite installers
  • Electricians without AV integration experience
  • Candidates without control system programming experience

Compensation
  • $35 - $45+ per hour, depending on experience and capability
  • Paid Time Off & Holidays
  • Manufacturer Training & Certifications
  • Career advancement opportunities

Why Titan Technology
  • High-end residential projects (no production builder work)
  • Clean, organized installs and professional standards
  • Tight-knit, team-oriented culture
  • Opportunity to grow into lead / project management roles

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
