Job description

The Director, National Sales, is responsible for management and leadership of the Automation-X Sales teams. This includes direct management of the Director, Marketing, Inside Sales Manager, Business Development Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, Account Managers and Field Sales Representatives, and indirect management of Inside Sales Representatives. The Director, National Sales, will lead and develop these teams through hiring, training, coaching, and collaboration with staff. This role is responsible for ensuring that the Sales department achieves annual and monthly sales and revenue targets.
The Director, National Sales, is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership, and the role will drive the operation, development, and implementation of key processes. By using continual process improvement tools, the Director, National Sales will lead employee initiatives to create and promote an environment where team members are involved, empowered, and committed to the success of our customers and the company.

Education and Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree Required
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience
  • Oil and Gas experience required

  • Oil & Gas Automation experience preferred

  • Work with internal departments to ensure customer engagement and customer satisfaction
