About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support the planning, coordination, and execution of midstream and upstream energy projects. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain integrated project schedules that align with contractual requirements, operational priorities, and business objectives. This role involves close collaboration with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to define schedule requirements, validate lead times, track progress, and identify schedule risks. It also requires strong analytical and organizational skills, the ability to balance supply and demand priorities, and a proactive approach to driving communication, mitigation planning, and accurate performance reporting to ensure on-time project delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the creation of project schedules in order to meet requirements for midstream/upstream projects
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of the integrated schedule structure for projects
  • Monitor, collect, and enter progress on a regular basis for projects
  • Partner with Project Manager to define schedule requirements and confirm lead times for new orders
  • Determine priorities to match supply and demand to achieve established customer contract obligations and operational business goals
  • Review the schedules & drive communication to the business management to identify risk areas with mitigation plans to ensure on time delivery
  • Prepare/deliver accurate and on-time reporting of benchmarks as defined by the Client
  • Ability to manage multiple scheduling projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of project scheduling within the O&G industry
  • Must be proficient with MS Project and/or Primavera P6 in creating schedules, modifying task relationships, assigning resources, analyzing resources across projects, printing/viewing reports, etc.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Expected Hourly Range: $40.00/hr - $60.00/hr. Compensation is negotiable and shall be offered commensurate with experience
