Key Responsibilities:

Video Training Development

  • Plan, script, record, and edit professional training videos for internal employees and external customers
  • Produce product tutorials and operational guides for Wanco equipment including variable message signs, arrow boards, radar speed trailers, light towers, and generators
  • Create step-by-step field support videos demonstrating product setup, deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Maintain a consistent visual style and training standard across all video content

Learning & Development

  • Design structured learning programs for employee onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and service teams to translate complex technical knowledge into accessible training

Customer Education

  • Create customer-facing support videos and digital training resources for dealers, government agencies, and field operators
  • Develop concise “how-to” videos for technicians operating Wanco equipment in demanding field conditions
  • Build a searchable video and knowledge library enabling customer self-service and reducing inbound support requests

Content Production

  • Manage the full production workflow: scripting, filming, editing, review, and publishing
  • Produce screen-capture tutorials, narrated walkthroughs, and animated explainers
  • Maintain training documentation, version control, and visual brand standards across all deliverables
  • Track content engagement metrics and continuously improve training effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience producing professional video training content from concept through delivery
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences, from field technicians to office staff
  • Strong storytelling, scripting, and communication skills with on-camera or narration experience
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools and LMS platform administration
  • Comfortable collaborating with engineers, technicians, and product experts to extract and structure knowledge

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Background in technical products, manufacturing, equipment, or field-service industries
