Accountabilities

  • Build, recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales organization as the division scales.
  • Own the sales pipeline, forecasting, performance management, and revenue targets.
  • Lead complex negotiations and high-value sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract closure.
  • Collaborate with sourcing, logistics, compliance, and other internal teams to ensure successful execution of customer commitments.
  • Monitor aviation aftermarket trends, pricing movements, supply and demand dynamics, and competitive developments to inform commercial strategy.
  • Develop a scalable sales organization and operating model capable of supporting long-term growth.
Requirements

  • Established network and strong commercial relationships across airlines, MROs, aircraft leasing companies, or other aviation industry stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise in at least one major MRO segment, such as rotables, engines, landing gear, or expendables.
  • Demonstrated track record of generating significant revenue and successfully closing high-value, complex commercial agreements.
  • Previous experience building, managing, or developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong commercial judgment, negotiation capabilities, and business development skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies while remaining hands-on with key customers and opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of global aviation aftermarket dynamics, including pricing, supply and demand, and customer requirements.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with significant autonomy and accountability.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders across international markets.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary combined with performance-based commission or bonus opportunities.
  • Opportunity to build and lead a new aviation MRO sales division from the ground up.
  • Access to a global network of customers, suppliers, and aviation industry relationships.
  • High level of autonomy and ownership over commercial strategy and execution.
  • Significant opportunity to influence revenue growth and business direction.
  • Potential for long-term progression into broader senior leadership responsibilities.
