Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Worker to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure our client facilities remain functional, safe, and in excellent condition. From performing routine inspections and basic repairs to coordinating with contractors and ensuring safety compliance, your work will directly support our mission to maintain top-tier environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Routine Inspections

  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment

  • Identify potential maintenance or safety issues before they become problems

2. Preventive Maintenance

  • Perform scheduled maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment

  • Address minor issues proactively to avoid costly repairs

3. General Repairs

  • Handle basic fixes such as repairing locks, patching walls, and replacing light fixtures

  • Repair machines, structures, and other facility components as needed

4. Contractor Coordination

  • Work with outside contractors for specialized repairs or upgrades

  • Ensure all external work meets safety and quality standards

5. Troubleshooting & Mechanical Work
