What We’re Looking For
 Minimum 5 years framing experience (2+ years in a leadership role preferred)
 Strong knowledge of framing practices, code requirements, and safe work habits
 Ability to read and interpret plans and construction documents
 Solid organizational and time management skills

 Dependable, respectful, and a good communicator
 Must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools
