Fineline Improvements is a growing, reputable exterior remodeling company specializing in high-quality residential exterior projects. We take pride in doing the job right, treating customers fairly, and maintaining strong workmanship standards on every project. We are looking for an experienced Exterior General Contractor who is ready to work alongside the crew and help complete projects in the field.

Position Overview

This is a hands-on position for someone with solid exterior construction experience. The right person will be actively involved in the work each day while also helping keep jobs moving in the right direction. We are looking for someone who can work with the crew, solve problems on site, and help make sure projects are completed safely and correctly.

Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on exterior construction work including roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, and general exterior repairs
  • Work alongside crew members to complete jobs efficiently and with quality craftsmanship
  • Help keep job sites organized, productive, and moving forward
  • Assist with material handling, site setup, and daily job site needs
  • Communicate with homeowners in a professional and respectful manner when needed
  • Help coordinate subcontractors and deliveries on active job sites
  • Identify and address job site issues as they come up
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Perform final punch-out items and quality checks to make sure work meets company standards

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience in residential exterior construction
  • Strong knowledge of roofing, siding, and other exterior systems
  • Ability to read measurements, scopes of work, and job details
  • Ability to lead by example and work alongside the crew
  • Reliable, hard-working, and solution-oriented
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Professional attitude when dealing with homeowners and team members
