Construction Laborer / Helper

  • Location: Webster, NY (and surrounding counties / Rochester area)
  • Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 / hour (Overtime, performance bonuses & rapid advancement opportunities)

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload materials and clean up job sites
  • Assist carpenters with tear-offs, roofing, siding, windows, doors, and deck framing
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Work safely at heights and in all weather conditions
  • Stay productive and work efficiently throughout the day

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Required)
  • Construction experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
