Job Description Position 1: HR Benefits Billing Testing Analyst Locations: Minneapolis, MN | Chandler, AZ | Charlotte, NC Duration: 6-Month Contract Environment: Enterprise HR Benefits & Payroll Testing Position Overview We are seeking an HR Benefits Billing Testing Analyst to support validation of benefits billing and financial accuracy during a high-volume enterprise testing cycle. This role focuses heavily on benefits billing outputs, premium calculations, reconciliation testing, and downstream billing validation tied to enterprise HR systems and internal applications. The ideal candidate has experience testing benefits billing processes, validating payroll deductions, and supporting enterprise HR or payroll-related testing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Execute functional and regression testing for HR benefits billing processes Validate: Population identification Benefits premium calculations Billing amounts Payment credits Payroll deduction alignment Perform billing reconciliation testing comparing expected versus actual billing outcomes Validate downstream billing files, reports, and integrations Analyze retroactivity, effective dating, and payroll timing impacts on billing Execute structured test scripts and document detailed test evidence Capture, document, and track defects through resolution Partner with payroll, benefits, and product teams to validate fixes and retest outcomes Provide concise testing updates and defect summaries to stakeholders Required Qualifications 3+ years of functional and regression testing experience Experience testing enterprise HR, payroll, or benefits applications Experience testing .NET applications Strong understanding of: Benefits billing Payroll deductions Premium calculations Billing reconciliation Strong analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently in high-volume testing environments Preferred Qualifications Experience with Workday Benefits Experience validating vendor billing files and benefits reports Knowledge of retroactivity and effective dating scenarios Experience supporting enterprise payroll or HR transformation programs Position 2: Workday Benefits Testing Analyst Locations: Minneapolis, MN | Chandler, AZ | Charlotte, NC Duration: 6-Month Contract Environment: Enterprise Workday Benefits & Payroll Testing Position Overview We are seeking experienced Workday Benefits Testing Analysts to support enterprise benefits and payroll testing initiatives during a critical year-end delivery cycle. This role focuses on validating Workday Benefits configurations, enrollment events, payroll deduction accuracy, and benefits/payroll integration outcomes. The ideal candidate has hands-on Workday Benefits testing experience and a strong understanding of payroll interaction, benefit eligibility rules, and enterprise HR testing processes
