Job description

Job Description Sales Account Executive Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to drive new business development, expand client relationships, and grow revenue within the Small and Mid-Sized Business (SMB) market. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through contract negotiation and closing. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in B2B technology sales, consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas while building long-term client relationships.

Experience selling managed IT services, cloud solutions, telecommunications, security solutions, or related technology services is highly desired. Key Responsibilities Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing. Develop and grow a portfolio of SMB clients through strategic business development efforts.

Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting, industry events, and marketing initiatives. Assess client technology environments, business challenges, and operational needs to recommend appropriate solutions and services. Required Qualifications Associate's Degree or an equivalent combination of professional sales training and relevant work experience.

Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience with demonstrated success in quota-carrying sales roles. Minimum of 2 years of experience selling one or more of the following: Managed IT Services VoIP Phone Systems and Telecommunications Solutions Data Storage and Backup Solutions Managed Email Services Security Access Control Solutions Technology Services and Infrastructure Solutions Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals. Strong prospecting, networking, business development, and relationship-building skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities. Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
