Kids Van Driver

The Musco Conference Center team has an opening for a Kids Van Driver at our Oskaloosa office. If your experience aligns with the qualifications outlined below, we look forward to hearing from you!

Little League

Essential Criteria:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Clean driving record with the ability to achieve and maintain a valid Class D Chauffeurs license
  • Clean criminal record
  • Positive demeanor and ability to work with children of all ages
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple activities
  • CPR / First aid certified
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with Musco solutions is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Transport Team Members dependent children in a safe and timely manner
  • Assist with coordinating, planning and scheduling of Team Members Kids Van requests
  • Conduct introductory family meetings with Team Members and dependent children for new van requests
  • Negotiate and communicate Kids Van schedules to appropriate schools, agencies and care providers
  • Effectively communicate route schedules and changes to Team Members, HR and other Kids Van Drivers
  • Responsible for welfare of children in care
  • Responsible for assisting with miscellaneous administrative tasks
  • Conduct routine van inspection to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the vans
  • Communicate any issues regarding the Kids Van, the routes or the riders to all appropriate individuals effectively and promptly
  • Assist the front desk with answering Musco main phone lines
  • Other duties as assigned
