As our Associate Contract Administration Specialist, you will perform a variety of tasks aimed at delivering a high level of customer satisfaction in the most cost-effective manner. You will assist Supply and Service Resource Management (SSRM) Contract Administration Management with documenting supply and service agreements in accordance with strategic business objectives, professional standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Every day you will support the National and Regional Contracting teams to ensure contracts are reviewed and loaded timely into multiple contract repositories, while assisting Contract Specialist IIs with Lean processes to track contracting pipelines. You will also demonstrate proficiency in administrative software systems to pre-load contract records for upstream review by contract stakeholders, and collaborate with multiple CommonSpirit Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) teammates to support GPO business processes.

To be successful in this role, you will bring strong organizational and administrative skills, with close attention to detail when documenting and processing contract records. A collaborative spirit and dependable follow-through will help you keep contracting pipelines moving smoothly and accurately.

  • Maintains accurate, up to date contract data across multiple repositories, including Jaggaer and Google Drive, by inputting agreements, pre-loading contract attributes, and following department protocols for National contracting efforts

  • Creates price files using automated data tools to document downstream pricing for the Jaggaer Item Catalog and ERP systems, tracking all activity in designated trackers

  • Updates and standardizes Member Lists, loading them to Google and Premier's Supply Chain Advisor system, and creates Custom Member Lists as directed by Contract Specialist II or Contract Manager

  • Supports Regional Contract Administration teams by following local contract guardrails and tracking contracting activities on the Expiring Contract Report (ECR)

  • Applies Lean processes, using Zoom whiteboards and daily Huddle report outs, to track 120 day Expiring Contract Reports through critical 30 day Regional contracting milestones

  • Manages external DocuSign signature requests, submits redline contracts to the Legal Matter Management System for review, and resolves Level 1 phone and customer service inquiries

  • Remote eligible.
