This role focuses on hands-on research execution, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering clear, structured recommendations that directly inform product decisions. As part of Alcon's Digital function, you will contribute to building intuitive, data-informed, and user-centered digital experiences across our product ecosystem. This role is ideal for aUX Researcher who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys turning complex data into practical product insights at our Fort Worth, TX or Warsaw, Poland site. In this role a typical day will include:

  • Plan and execute end-to-end UX research across the product lifecycle, from discovery to validation.

  • Apply a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics review).

  • Analyze user behavior and product performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

  • Translate research findings and analytics intoclear, actionable recommendationsfor Product, Design, and Engineering teams.

  • Synthesize complex information intosimple, structured, and easy-to-consume outputsfor stakeholders.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to inform product decisions and prioritization.

  • Contribute to improving research workflows, templates, and best practices within a growing UX practice.

  • Support iterative product development through continuous feedback and validation.

  • Explore and applyAI tools or emerging technologiesto improve research efficiency and insight generation.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs;Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs)

  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English

  • 5 Years of Relevant Experience

  • 5 years of experience in UX Research, Product Research, or a related field.

  • Strong generalist skill set across qualitative and quantitative research methods.

  • Ability to translate data intopractical, tactical product recommendations.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and structure.

  • Experience working in cross-functional product teams.

  • Ability to operate effectively infast-paced and ambiguous environments.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or ophthalmology.

  • Experience working with UX research and product tools such asDovetail (insight management), Maze (testing), Airtable (tracking/workflows)or similar platforms.

  • Experience leveragingAI toolsto support research synthesis or analysis.

  • Experience working withproduct analytics or behavioral data(e.g., usage metrics, funnels, engagement data).
