Job Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

-Develop, execute and renew contracts and memorandums of understanding (MOUs) to document dual enrollment agreements.

-Collaborate with human resource departments to facilitate stipend payments for spring 2023 affiliate instructors.

-Complete a dual enrollment report for fiscal year 2023 by compiling student enrollment and demographic data, reviewing financial statements, and preparing a narrative summary.

-Provide to school districts added, deleted and changed WNC courses to support their maintenance of approved dual credit course lists.

-Attend Dual Enrollment Advisory Team (DEAT) and Strategy Meetings.

Other Responsibilities:

-On an as needed basis, provide cohort coach support.

-Review dual enrollment processes and update fall onboarding training for affiliate instructors to prepare for new Dual Enrollment Coordinator.

-Investigate models and options that can demonstrate the value of implementing a dual enrollment opt out system in the registration process for high school students.

-Be included in dual enrollment related emails from partnering high schools in order to assist where possible.

-Support other dual enrollment tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree and three years of related professional experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree (i.e., AA+4 yrs of related professional experience). A minimum of an Associates degree required.

-Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

-Experience with contract and report writing.

-The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
