Forest River, Inc., the Nation's largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening.
Responsibilities
Paralegal Duties
  • Warranty Litigation Support: Compile and organize information, develop timelines, and prepare responses to warranty claims.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with dealer customers to address warranty litigation issues, ensuring clear and professional correspondence.
  • Legal Document Preparation: Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to warranty claims and litigation processes.

Administrative Duties
  • Event Support: Facilitate clerical tasks for Coachmen Owners' Association (COA) camping club rallies and events, including scheduling, correspondence, and logistical coordination.
  • Office Management: Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records to support the legal and operational teams.
  • Communication Coordination: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, to ensure timely responses and follow-ups.

Qualifications
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Recreational Vehicles (RV) and related manufacturing processes.
