  • Mondays & Sundays: Closed
  • Tuesday - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

As an RV Service Advisor you will be responsible for initiating services and repairs by ascertaining trailer performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records.

  • Serve as the communicator and liaison between the Guest and technician; ensuring the Guest's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the Guest.
  • Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.
  • Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system.
  • Communicate additional repair and service needs to the Guest based on trailer inspection.
  • Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying trailer repairs.
  • Keeping Guests informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses.

Qualifications:

  • Previous service advisor or RV experience required.
  • General knowledge of recreational vehicles
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

The Washington annual pay range for this position is $ $64,500.00-$161,800.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours.
