Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
- Current Kansas State Teaching License with appropriate endorsement
- Preferably licensed in school psychology, social work, or school counseling
- Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Proven background supporting students with behavioral and social-emotional needs
- School-based behavior specialist, BCBA, or similar experience strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behavior consultation across multiple districts as an itinerant specialist
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and support teams
- Deliver coaching/training in effective behavioral strategies
- Assist with crisis intervention and deploy research-based supports
