General Labor Party Rentals & Event Setup

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a General Laborer for Party Rentals and Event Setup. In this role, you will assist with setting up party rentals, chairs, and event equipment for a variety of events.

Responsibilities:
Load and unload party rental equipment, including chairs, tables, tents, and decorations
Set up and arrange rental items according to event layouts and client preferences
Assist with assembly and disassembly of tents, stages, and event structures
Organize furniture and dcor to match event themes and specifications
Work closely with team members to complete setups efficiently
Ensure equipment is clean, well-maintained, and presentable
Collaborate with event coordinators on last-minute adjustments
Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment

Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
