Job description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Risk Analytics- Regression Testing consultant
 
Position type: Fulltime, Contract
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Minneapolis, MN
As a Regression testing consultant, you will:
  • Validate investment accounting and securities transactions.
  • Analyze bond calculations and pricing outputs.
  • Reconcile financial data across systems.
  • Investigate and resolve exceptions.
  • Prepare testing evidence and defect documentation.
  • Generate reports and analysis using advanced Excel.
 
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Regression testing experience (SimCorp regression testing preferred)
  • Advanced finance or accounting experience, with exposure to securities accounting, investment accounting, bond instruments, calculation methodologies (including sulfur/mult-factor related bonds) and a solid understanding of bonds.
  • Advanced Excel Skills - must demonstrate experience with filtering and sorting, grouping, pivot tables, data import and parsing, and using features like Text to Columns

Pay Range*: $40- $45 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
