Sheehy Auto Stores seeks an experienced Deal Poster to join our Accounting Team. As a Deal Poster, you will accurately record and manage financial transactions for vehicle sales, purchases, and other activities. Your keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy of our accounting records.   • Vehicle Lien Payoffs
  • Customer Refunds and Referrals
  • Warranty Cancelations and Submissions
  • Month-End Closing Activities
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, volume environment 
  • Obtaining revenue and paying invoices by verifying and completing payable and receivable transactions. 

Requirements

  • Knowledge of accounting software (i.e., QuickBooks)
  • Previous dealership experience is preferred
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
  • Ability to balance large volume accounts
  • Detail-oriented skills with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Fast learner who is open to change and able to handle a demanding environment
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Strong communication and people skills – both written and verbal
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, MVR, and drug test
  • Must have a valid driver's license
