Job Description Quality Inspector Location: Thomaston, CT Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $23-$25 Position Overview M Force Partners is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to support manufacturing operations by inspecting raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet established specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment, using precision measuring tools, and interpreting technical drawings while maintaining compliance with safety and quality procedures. Key Responsibilities Inspect raw materials, parts, and finished products to ensure they meet product specifications and quality standards Identify and document defects or non-conforming materials according to quality procedures Inspect and document critical dimensions and surface characteristics based on company and customer standards Maintain accurate inspection documentation and quality records Generate required documentation for non-conforming materials following quality system procedures Notify supervisors of quality deviations or nonconformities identified during inspection Verify completed pack-outs and product kits following product guidelines and company standards Participate in and document quality audits of finished products and manufacturing processes Assist with developing or improving operational procedures and inspection methods Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and established procedures Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED or equivalent 3+ years of Quality Control experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Proficiency using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and weld gauges Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 or similar quality management systems U.S
