Previous quality experience is helpful, but we are willing to train candidates who have hands-on experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other precision measuring equipment.

What You'll Do
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured parts and incoming materials.
  • Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment to verify specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering specifications.
  • Complete receiving, in-process, and final inspections.
  • Accurately document inspection results, quality records, labels, and transactions.
  • Identify quality concerns and help improve inspection processes.
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams.
  • Maintain compliance with company safety and quality standards.
  • Support customer quality requirements and organizational goals.

What We're Looking ForPreferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM, or other precision measuring instruments.
  • Ability to read blueprints, prints, drawings, or technical documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Manufacturing, machining, assembly, inspection, warehouse, or production experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
