Nemean Solutions, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors.


This position is being posted for a potential government contract opportunity.


Job Overview:

Provides overall management, planning, coordination, and execution of contract support operations for the Building Control Systems/Utility Control Systems task order at DLA Headquarters.


Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day contract performance and serve as primary point of contact.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate maintenance, repair, construction, and alteration projects.
  • Develop project schedules, cost estimates, and implementation plans.
  • Manage subcontractors and technical staff during project execution.
  • Ensure contract deliverables, quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
  • Coordinate with Government stakeholders and provide project status updates.
  • Interpret plans, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Support staffing, transition, and risk management activities.

Minimum Requirements/Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of recent (within the past 7 years) experience managing building operations and maintenance for facilities of similar size and complexity.
  • Experience managing maintenance, construction, repair, and facility operations.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain required security clearance.

Preferred Skills:

  • PMP or similar certification.
  • Experience supporting DoD facilities contracts.

Security Requirement:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain the clearance required for the contract.
