Job description

The Contract Manager is responsible for managing and disseminating key contact information for all stakeholders, establishing projects in financial and operational systems, monitoring the contract for compliance with terms; and managing rate increases, renewals and other routine changes or deliverables to the customer. Candidates with experience in vegetation management or construction industries, as well as operations, project management and coordination, or administration are ideal for this position. This full-time role is in office in Norfolk, VA and offers medical, vision, and dental insurance, and well as an option to enroll in our 401K retirement.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no direct reports.

Essential Functions:

ยท Creates project numbers and enters all relevant information into financial and operational systems.

ยท Communicates project start information to relevant stakeholders.

ยท Monitors contract status to ensure rate increases, renewal bids, and other contract-required reports are submitted on time.

ยท Reviews performance against contract requirements and reports concerns to leadership.

ยท Maintains records for correspondence and documentation with established contracts and those in progress.

ยท Documents key compliance components and reviews compliance with contract terms, updates ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) as required with pertinent contract details.

ยท Communicates and presents key information to stakeholders about contract-related matters as requested.

ยท Identifies any contract-related problems that may arise with all involved stakeholders.

ยท Serves as the consistent point of contact for internal employees and external parties regarding agreements and contracts.

ยท Other projects and functions as assigned.
