Position Purpose



The Contract Project Operator provides field‑level operational support for brownfield project work inside a live NGL fractionation facility, ensuring construction, tie‑ins, outages, and commissioning activities are executed safely and aligned with Operations. This role acts as the operations representative for multiple concurrent work scopes and protects the fractionation facility during all phases of execution

  • p.Build, verify, and execute LOTO packages and system isolations in accordance with site isolation and first‑break standard
  • s.Issue and coordinate safe work permits and maintain daily alignment with Operations on all active work front
  • s.Walk down scopes, review drawings, confirm field conditions, and identify operational risks before work begin
  • s.Plan and organize tie‑ins, outages, and system transitions with the Operations Project Coordinator, ensuring minimal impact to fractionation operation
  • s.Coordinate daily activities with construction, maintenance, engineering, and other site groups to avoid conflicts and maintain safe executio
