Job description

Technical Source is currently in search of a Downstream Process Engineer for our pharmaceutical client in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area. This is a long-term contract position that requires on-site work. The qualified candidate should have experience supporting the start-up and commissioning of downstream process equipment.

Responsibilities of the Downstream Process Engineer include:

  • P&ID Walkdowns and Redlining
  • Provide Engineering Support to C&Q of Downstream Equipment
  • Troubleshoot Downstream Manufacturing Equipment
  • Interface with Vendors and Relevant Teams
  • Lead Process Improvement Efforts

Qualifications of the Downstream Process Engineer include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical Preferred)
  • 3+ Years of Experience in Process Engineering
  • Experience Working in a Greenfield Environment
  • Extensive Knowledge of Stainless Steel Downstream Equipment
