Job description

Job Title: Process EngineerJob Description

As a Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in executing a structured startup and stabilization approach for manufacturing equipment. Your responsibilities will include on-the-job training, process validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. You will accelerate line readiness and startup for newly installed or relocated equipment, and stabilize performance through troubleshooting and corrective actions. Your efforts will optimize throughput and quality through process improvements and the development of standard work.

Responsibilities
  • Support documentation and training for sustainable handoff to operations.
  • Develop process parameter matrices and golden settings where applicable.
  • Create top loss Pareto and weekly improvement action plans.
  • Update SOP work instructions and process control documentation.
  • Provide ramp plan reporting, including throughput vs target, constraints, and next actions.
  • Maintain downtime logs with failure mode categorization.
  • Document corrective action records and verification checks.
  • Develop recommended spares lists and early-life failure prevention actions.
  • Update troubleshooting guides and PM adjustments as approved.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $48.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
