The Systems and Data Administrator plays a critical role in supporting HR Operations through accurate data management, system administration, and high-quality document preparation. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and Payroll to ensure employee data integrity, timely reporting, and consistent execution of HR processes. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role best suited for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who works independently, anticipates needs, and takes ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

HR Systems and Data Administration

  • Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant employee data across HR systems.

  • Support daily system administration, including data entry, audits, reconciliation, and basic troubleshooting.

  • Produce standard and ad hoc reports on headcount, employee changes, compliance, and HR metrics.

  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies through regular validation.

HR Operations Support

  • Prepare HR documents, including offer letters, employment agreements, job changes, and compliance records.

  • Process onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle transactions accurately and on time.

  • Maintain HR records in accordance with company policies and retention requirements.

  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and data requests.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and operational workflows.

  • Create and maintain job aids, checklists, and process documentation.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or systems/data support.

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or employee data systems.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and document-preparation skills.

  • Experience preparing HR documentation and maintaining confidential employee records.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, tact, and diplomacy.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and data accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and exercise discretion.

  • Proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multiple HR processes in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with HR compliance requirements and audits.

  • Experience within a shared-services or operations-focused HR team.

The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $22.00- $25.00 an hour USD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary. Base pay is one component of IGT's total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
