Field Service Manager
Citadel Security USA - Denver, CO
Schedule: Swing Shift | Thursday - Monday
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Citadel Security USA is seeking a driven, professional, and operations-focused Field Service Manager to lead security operations across multiple client sites throughout the Denver area. This position is ideal for a leader with experience in private security, operations management, or contract services who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in building strong teams and delivering exceptional client service.
As a Field Service Manager, you will oversee field supervisors and security personnel, ensure operational excellence, maintain client satisfaction, and support the continued growth and performance of assigned accounts.
Job Duties Include:
Client & Operational Leadership
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned clients
  • Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and service delivery
  • Supervise field supervisors and security personnel across multiple sites
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with post orders and company standards
  • Monitor staffing, attendance, incident response, and operational performance metrics
  • Ensure all assigned sites meet contractual obligations and service expectations

Team Leadership & Development
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and workforce development
  • Coach and mentor supervisors and frontline personnel
  • Address performance concerns and support corrective action processes
  • Help maintain a professional, accountable, and team-oriented culture

Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable laws/regulations
  • Enforce safety standards and incident reporting procedures
  • Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions when needed

Administrative & Financial Support
  • Monitor overtime, labor costs, scheduling efficiency, and vacant shifts
  • Assist with payroll accuracy and operational reporting
  • Maintain uniform and equipment inventory
  • Utilize scheduling and reporting systems including TrackTik and related platforms

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations, operations management, or business management
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce management systems
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned district

Preferred
  • Experience in the private security industry
  • Multi-site operations or contract service management experience
  • Associate degree or higher in Business, Criminal Justice, Management, or related field
  • Experience with TrackTik or similar security operations software
