Program Operations & Analytics Lead
Job Description Summary
One of Cushman & Wakefield's top Global Occupier Services (GOS) Account teams is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and process-driven employee to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a high-performing team of real estate professionals supporting new store development, strategy, and execution teams. Responsible for overall real estate pipeline data governance, forecasting, custom reporting, and analytics/BI development.

One of Cushman & Wakefield's top Global Occupier Services (GOS) Account teams is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and process-driven employee to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a high-performing team of real estate professionals supporting new store development, strategy, and execution teams. Responsible for overall real estate pipeline data governance, forecasting, custom reporting, and analytics/BI development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support Retail Strategy Sr. Director to analyze and compare overall pipeline milestones for data accuracy, forecasting, pipeline health tracking, and gap analysis.
  • Support Retail Delivery Director & NFC Program Manager with delivery analytics, forecasting insights and other operational efforts to drive predictable execution
  • Create and disseminate recurring reports to broader team, leadership, and key clients supporting key routines
  • Drive template development, workflow creation and monitoring.
  • Lead reporting, dashboarding, and tool creation (in partnership with account BI Team) including approved AI and BI applications.
  • Assist in collecting and evaluating required due diligence tools and key data fields to drive timely lease and sales transactions, including interfacing with clients to ensure required information is provided in a timely and effective manner.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel models to create financial analyses and reports for key clients and stakeholders.
  • Research, analyze, and evaluate comp data to ensure market rates are being achieved on proposed transactions
  • Assess target zone data for trend analysis
  • Assist in driving key early surveys and ensure timely completion of early deliverables supporting real estate development pipeline
  • Provide critical linkage point between retail strategy and delivery efforts in support of the NFC program
  • Manage data across multiple active transactions and pursuits simultaneously, ensuring timely updates and communication through all deal stages.
  • Track critical dates and drive accurate transaction records across team
  • Ad hoc BI engagement for new tool development and creation as needed

Background and Experience:
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business or Finance preferred and/or training in financial modeling.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in financial models and analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Visio and Excel
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, managing time and tasks efficiently.
  • High attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while being customer service oriented.
  • Solid understanding of the real estate industry, early transaction and development process.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 110,500.00 - $130,000.00
