Marketing Manager – Flavor Ingredients

Location: South Hackensack, NJ (Hybrid)
Pay: $72.50/hour
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Duration: 6-Month Contract (September 2026 – March 2027)
Travel: Occasional travel within North and South America may be required

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to provide maternity leave coverage for a global leader in the food ingredients industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic marketing professional with experience in natural ingredients, functional ingredients, or the food & beverage industry to support commercial teams across North and South America.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies for food and beverage ingredient solutions.
  • Partner with commercial teams to support key customer initiatives, Innovation Days, and customer presentations.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop compelling value propositions, marketing materials, presentations, and campaign content.
  • Support commercialization of new product innovations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Plan and coordinate trade shows, customer events, and marketing initiatives across the Americas.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Technical, Regulatory, and Communications teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior marketing role within the food & beverage or ingredient industry.
  • Experience marketing natural, functional, or specialty food ingredients is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the food & beverage market and customer needs.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience supporting commercial teams and customer-facing marketing initiatives.
