Job Title: Microsoft 365 Administrator
Location: Tempe, AZ (Contract - 6+ Months)
Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Microsoft 365 Administrator to support a large-scale migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. This role will focus on user administration, troubleshooting, migration support, and ensuring a smooth transition for thousands of end users. The ideal candidate should have strong M365 administration experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, security groups, distribution lists, and Exchange Online administration.
  • Support the migration of users from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 and resolve post-migration issues.
  • Handle user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to identify and resolve migration challenges.
  • Create and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and support materials.
  • Provide support and guidance to end users and business stakeholders during the migration process.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience as new users transition to Microsoft 365.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Experience managing users, groups, Exchange Online, and related M365 services.
