Job description

Role: Varicent Solution Architect/Lead
Must have:
  • Expert in Architecture design for Varicent ICM, ELT, designing effective comp plans, Smarter quotas, Territory decisions, Prioritizing leads.
  • Provide end to end architecture and design solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in Varicent ICM tool - Composer, Web Reports, Web forms, Configure, Workflow, Schedule modules, pipe configuration (ELT).
  • Experience as ICM and ELT consultant in implementation, maintenance and development support and design projects.
  • Support business queries and other adhoc reports or extract.
  • Experience in Release support - Technical Specifications, Test cases, build, test support and deployments.
  • Needs to have experience in Application support of production systems based on ITIL methodology.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide end to end architecture and design solutions.
  • Ability to provide solutions and drive the project in terms of architecture, design, solutioning.
  • Design architecture for ICM solutions, technical lead and solution architect.
  • Handling of customer requirements workshops, documenting the discussion, drafting the action plan and execution of the plan to closure.
  • Incident Management and allocation of Incidents to appropriate groups.
  • Creating estimations of tasks and drafting of integrated project plan for change requests.
  • Mentor developers to develop the solution.
