Job Description

At least 4 years' experience administering any of the following software:PeopleSoft Enterprise 9.1, including

Human Capital Management (HCM)

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Financials

Portal

At least one (1) year of performance testing experience using LoadRunner for the implementation and/or maintenance of a PeopleSoft Enterprise solution (version 8.9 or higher) including the design, review, and approval 

Technical Designs and Build Documentation.

Require experience in at least 1 PeopleSoft performance testing project, Batch jobs performance testing project and working knowledge of Unix

Experience in Loadrunner version 11.5 or higher


Qualifications

Assist in the monitoring and tuning of the new Benefit System including all supporting software packages and/or any other third party packages procured in the development of the new Benefit System.

Ability to tune PeopleSoft web, application and batch components based on outputs from performance testing 

Ability to troubleshoot technical problems with the various PeopleSoft environments and provide solutions

Ability to install and configure a complete PeopleSoft system (web, app, process scheduler, database)

Ability to design middleware solutions and file handling solutions utilizing the PS/PS Tools, Unix and DB technologies 

Ability to configure and tune PeopleSoft Integration Broker

Create and peer review HP Load Runner performance test scripts (Vugen tool)

Create and peer review Performance test scenarios (HP Controller tool)

Execute Performance Tests using HP Load Runner 

Log Problem Incident Reports (PIRs) and work with application development team to explain issues found

Monitoring performance of the system using OEM and native Unix command line tools
