Loadrunner + performance Testing

Senior LoadRunner & UI Automation Consultant

Location: Midtown Manhattan, NYC (at least 3 days work form office)  

Duration: Contract   
(Healthcare Claims | TriZetto to HealthEdge Migration)  

Role Summary
Support migration from TriZetto to HealthEdge with focus on healthcare claims testing, automation engineering, and performance testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate member, enrollment, provider, claims adjudication, pricing, payment and remittance workflows.
  • Design automation frameworks and reusable test suites.
  • Establish LoadRunner based performance testing environments and execute load, stress and endurance tests.
  • Validate claims migration and business-rule conversion from TriZetto to HealthEdge.
  • Build and execute performance and automation test suites.
  • Establish best practices and standards.
  • Provide recommendations for tool usage and framework design.
  • Train and mentor QA team members.
  • Create documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
  • Must be able to set up the entire testing environment from scratch, including:
    • Tool installation and configuration
    • Framework setup
    • Test execution infrastructure
    • CI/CD integration
    • Reporting and monitoring setup
    • Documentation of setup and processes

Healthcare Domain Expertise

US Healthcare Payer experience across Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial business lines.

Deep understanding of claims lifecycle, benefits administration, provider management and EDI transactions.

Hands-on experience with TriZetto Facets/QNXT and HealthEdge HealthRules Payor.

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience with LoadRunner (script development, test execution, analysis, and reporting).
  • Strong experience with UI Automation tools such as Selenium, UFT One, Playwright, or similar.
  • Ability to design and implement automation and performance testing frameworks.
  • Experience integrating test execution with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
