Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
⦁ Expertise in Pega PRPC, functional and automation testing, and Agile SDLCs
⦁ Strong understanding of manual, automation, performance, and UAT testing. With exposure to GenAI technology
⦁ Experience with testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, ALM, Tosca, LoadRunner, etc.
⦁ Commercial Insurance, Underwriting, Claims domain experience
 
Roles & Responsibilities
⦁ 8+ years of experience in software testing, with 3+ years in Pega and mainframe environments.
⦁ Strong understanding of claims lifecycle, business rules, and integration patterns.
⦁ Experience in insurance domain, especially in claims processing and automation.
⦁ Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD environments.
⦁ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
⦁ ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred.
⦁ Act as the primary point of contact for testing leadership during transition.
⦁ Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with project goals.
