Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of functional, API, automation, and performance testing across multiple projects.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and CI/CD test pipelines.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Architecture teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
  • Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, quality metrics, and engineering best practices.
  • Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
  • Mentor and develop QA engineers while promoting automation‑first and quality engineering practices.
  • Evaluate and implement new testing tools and technologies to improve quality, efficiency, and delivery.
  • Manage team priorities, performance, and resource planning to deliver high‑quality software on time.

Requirements
