$18 per hour to start
Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm
increase to $20 per hour plus commission after training period.
Job Overview
A Lease Administrator plays a critical role in the management of lease agreements for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. They are responsible for ensuring that all lease terms are adhered to, managing lease renewals, and coordinating with tenants and property managers. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex legal documents. In addition to these administrative duties, Lease Administrators often serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to leasing contracts.
Lease Administrator Responsibilities & Duties:
Prepare and review lease agreements for accuracy and compliance
Manage lease renewals and terminations
Maintain and update lease records in the database
Coordinate with tenants and property managers to resolve lease-related issues
Ensure that all lease terms and conditions are met
Track lease payments and follow up on overdue accounts
Handle lease modifications and amendments
Prepare and distribute lease-related correspondence
