Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Sales:ย Own the entire process from outreach to contract execution within the SNFย and Long-Term Care sectors.

Territory Development: Identify high-value targets and build your market expansion strategy.

Clinical Value Selling:ย Articulate the ROI of our physician-led wound care model to C-Suite andย administrators.

Relationship Management: Build deep, lasting partnerships with SNF owners and regional directors.

Team Collaboration:ย Share field intelligence, surface needs, and contribute to a strategy that lifts everyone.

What We're Looking for

2-10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long-term care, skilled
nursing, or wound care
Deep SNF fluency - you know how these facilities operate and how decisions get made
A team-first mindset with the drive to perform independently
Unwavering integrity - your word is your brand
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
Comfort with a road warrior schedule (4-5 days travel per week)
Bachelor's Degree required

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $100,000 - $150,000
