What are contract interns?

Contract interns are individuals who work for an organization on a temporary basis under a specific contract, often to gain work experience or academic credit. Unlike regular employees, contract interns have a set duration for their internship, defined by the terms of their contract. Contract internships can be paid or unpaid and often focus on providing practical experience related to a student's field of study.
