Location: Remote (U.S. โ must have or obtain Virginia license)

Schedule
โข AugustโSeptember: MondayโFriday, 8amโ6pm (8โ5 or 9โ6 shifts)
โข OctoberโMarch: MondayโSunday, 8amโ8pm
โข Required to work 2 weekends per month during peak season
โข Shift options include 8โ5, 9โ6, 10โ7, 11โ8
Compensation and Benefits

Duration: 7 months (with potential extension/conversion)

About the Role
โข Support Medicare and Medicaid-eligible members with plan enrollment decisions
โข Focus primarily on Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (DSNP) before transitioning to Individual plans during open enrollment season
โข Assist in a large-scale initiative to align members to appropriate health plans under updated state regulations
โข Opportunity to gain experience in both government and marketplace insurance products
Key Responsibilities
โข Handle inbound calls from prospective members evaluating plan options
โข Assess eligibility for DSNP and Individual plans
โข Educate customers on coverage options and benefits
โข Provide quotes and complete enrollments
โข Conduct outbound calls for member outreach, retention, and enrollment campaigns
โข Maintain compliance with CMS and regulatory requirements
โข Meet performance goals including sales conversions and enrollments
Required Skills & Experience
Top Skills โ Must Haves:
โข Active or eligible Virginia Health Insurance License
โข Medicare sales experience
โข Call center or telesales experience
โข Strong communication and customer service skills
โข Comfortable with high-volume call environment
Nice to Have Skills:
โข Medicaid or DSNP experience
โข CMS / AHIP certification
โข Marketplace/Individual plan experience
โข Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook)
โข Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
