Teen Therapy Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated Full-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team. • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized therapy plans based on individual client evaluations.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring a tailored approach to treatment.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care for clients, participating in case reviews and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and other training opportunities to stay informed on advancements in the field of mental health.

Our focus at Teen Therapy Counseling Center is on adolescents and their families, especially those who face barriers to accessing appropriate mental health care. You will be working with clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and substance misuse. Providing compassionate and effective therapy is paramount to our mission, and your role will significantly impact client outcomes.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting, demonstrating your competence and confidence in providing therapeutic support.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice, underlining your commitment to ethical care.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using EMR software and digital platforms for client management.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-focused care, or substance use therapy, which would enhance our team’s capacity to serve our clients.
• Experience in working with diverse populations and understanding multicultural issues in mental health.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
