Job description

This RN works under the direction of the Hospice Director and is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluation of the nursing process. Shares responsibility for individual patients or an entire patient population.

Required Licenses and Certifications:

  • Registered with Kentucky Board of Nursing or compact states if you are an RN
  • CPR certification required

Minimum Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited RN program

Minimum Work Experience:

  • Prior experience in clinical setting is preferred.
