Job description

Office & Operations Manager


Rockstar Fire is currently looking for an experienced Office & Operations Manager to join a growing fire suppression company. This position will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business while coordinating between office staff, field teams, vendors, and leadership.


We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience in the fire suppression, fire protection, sprinkler, alarm, or mechanical service industry who understands the fast-paced nature of service and project operations.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office and operational administration
  • Coordinate between office staff, technicians, vendors, and leadership
  • Support contracts, permitting, licensing, and compliance processes
  • Assist with billing support, expense tracking, and commission coordination
  • Support project bidding, documentation, and operational workflows
  • Help improve internal processes and ensure operational continuity
  • Maintain organized records and regulatory documentation


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, office management, or administrative leadership
  • Previous experience in the fire suppression, fire protection, construction, or service industry strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with permitting, compliance, licensing, or contract administration is an asset
  • Familiarity with ERP, payroll, or expense management systems is preferred
